Breathe is 1 part of the Barcore framework. We breathe involuntarily. We are told to take time to actively breathe, but few of us rarely do. We look forward to changing this narrative, and are here to help.
  • Why is it important to take time to breathe?
Doing so can lower your resting heart rate, lower your blood pressure, and decrease anxiety. Want to know more? Contact us. That is what we're here for.
  • What is "sleep"?
Sleep is what we do at the end of the day. Like most things, doing something and understand what you're doing are two very different things. Sleep is not about darkness or the end of the day, but about recovery for your body and your mind.
  • Why is sleep so important?
Regardless of the difficulty of each day, energy is required, therefore recovery is too. Less recovery means less effective days and less joy. More recovery means more effective days and more joy.
